Muhammad Ali

        "I AM THE GREATEST!" Those were the famous words of Muhammad Ali. Muhammad had a poor childhood, a hard adulthood and became an amazing boxer. Muhammad Ali was a very strong boy, as he grew so did his strength and speed.                              

                   Muhammad Ali was a strong and active child. Muhammad was born on January 17, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky. When he was born his name was Cassius Clay. Also he was born in the time when black and white people were separated. His family was not terribly poor when he was born. He started boxing at the age 12 in a amateur boxing place. Cassius was good at boxing so he won a lot of tournaments. Muhammad Ali grew older and started to box in public.

              Cassius was strong and won a lot of tournaments so a lot of people started challenging him. The famous baseball player Jackie Robinson was an example for him to play in public.As he got better he couldn't keep on avoiding punches, he had to learn how to take hits.Cassius liked to rhyme and these his challengers. When Martin Luther King Jr. made the country slave free, Cassius joined the nation of Islam and changed his name to Muhammad Ali. Muhammad was married 3 times an divorced 2 times. Muhammad lost to Sony Liston and Joe Frazier but won both rematches. Also he is a CHAMPION!           


                 Muhammad Ali is a famous boxer and won a lot of tournaments. He boxed since he was small so when he grew up he would be a famous boxer. A lot of countries recognize the name Ali because he boxed in a lot of places. He won a lot of tournaments and won golden gloves too. Once he was the athlete of the century and he has a famous daughter. His last match was against Trevor Berbick but he lost. Now Muhammad has a brain disease so  he can't remember things that happened in the past


               In conclusion Muhammad is a strong boxer. He had a strong childhood, beat a bunch of boxers and became almost invincible. Muhammad is an unforgotten legend!
