Christmas 2015

The only time I actually wake up earlier than I am supposed to is when I have an event to attend or if it is Christmas. This time the reason was the one and only Christmas. I tried to fall asleep on Christmas Eve's but was too excited so I eventually went to sleep at around 1 o'clock A.M. Then I slept for a few hours and woke up at 7 o'clock. I got dressed as silently ran downstairs to go look at my presents.

When I went downstairs, under the tree there were 9 presents, 3 for me, 3 for my sister, 2 for my grandparents and 1 that my sister made for my parents. I opened my presents to unveil a remote control helicopter, hiking shoes and a new North Face hoodie. I waited for my sister to wake up to find out that she got a pair of gloves, another remote controlled helicopter and an Anna doll from the movie "Frozen".

I tested out my helicopter but I found out that the helicopter was really hard to control and would fly really fast or just slam down into the floor of my house. Because of this, I stopped playing with my helicopter and let my family play with it which would have the same result. They would try to fly the helicopter but would end up crashing it on the floor. Later the helicopter ran out of battery or it just broke, but either way I haven't touched it since but might toy with it at a later day.

The rest of the day went on like a normal day off of school and so, that was the end of my Christmas for this year.

Blood Gene Survey

About a week ago my cousin gave me a survey to do on my family to help her with her science project which she was collecting data on people that have similar blood and what similarities and differences they had. I had to interview my grandpa, grandma, dad and my sister (my mom wasn't in the study)to collect data which I could send back to my cousin.

The first example of different/similar genes was detached and attached earlobes. Earlobes are the bottom of your ear (the place where people get earrings), if they are detached then the earlobes hang freely while if they were attached the would be connected to the rest of your head. Through interviewing, only my dad and I had detached earlobes while my grandma, grandpa and sister didn't.

Example #2 and #3 were if you had freckles and if you had hair on the back of you hand. None of our family had that and they should all be self-explanatory.

The next example was if you could roll your tongue. By rolling your tongue you make a "U" shape with your tongue without using your hands to change it. When people grow older some may learn how to roll the tongue through practice or if they just gain more control over themselves and somehow know how to do it. It was all but my grandpa who couldn't roll his tongue.

The last example was if you had a "Widow's hairline". This is when your hairline has a sudden dip in the middle of it. Again most of us didn't have it except my grandmother.

This study made me more aware of how blood and genes make people different but while I was very similar to my dad with things I might of inherited from him.

More Competitive Gaming

People get picked on everyday in the gaming world, and why is that? Some people are smart and do what they are supposed to do while others troll around annoy the other people who are actually trying to accomplish a goal but are put up with trolls like these people. Then the people get mad at the trolls and start insulting them because they are so annoying. Others (like me) tend to stay quiet and jut mute the annoying person. This was all very similar to what happened the other day to me and my team in CS:GO (Counter Strike: Global Offensive).

It started off seeming like a regular match until we found out someone was AFK (away from keyboard/inactive). But then we found out that person wasn't AFK and had a very high pitched voice. We weren't sure what gender that player was because the voice sounded fake at sometimes and they sounded like Justin Bieber. Eventually that person started to annoy one person and so every muted that person except one person because he needed to hear what was going on. Sometimes you could hear him/her when the guy who didn't mute her was talking.

There was another person on our team who just kept rushing in and not listening to the team. He would just rush the enemy team and get himself killed. Also the Justin Bieber person started trolling and didn't do the objective that we were doing.Somehow I was clutching some rounds and we ended up winning. To help the community to not experience that person again, I reported him (we all assumed it was a him by the end of the game) for chat spamming and grieving.

When you have to spend about a hour with strangers, don't be a jerk unless you wan to be kicked,

My Competitive Gaming Expirence

It was just another normal day, until I logged onto my computer and started to play CS:GO, a competitive game where people get mad at each other for failing. So I started a competitive game and wasn't allowed to leave after that. To be honest, my team wasn't all that good, nor was I but I was still doing better than 3 of the 4 other players on my team. We started off winning the first 2 rounds out of  a possible total of 29 (First team to 16 wins). But then my team started failing and we eventually kicked some person because they were yelling into their microphone swear words at us even though he was the one bringing us down.

After we kicked him it began halftime. We switched sides (we started off as Counter-Terrorists but switched to Terrorists and had to plant our bomb) and we began to make a comeback. Suddenly the person at the bottom of the scoreboard got mad at everyone and tried to kick everyone but only got himself kicked. I was too funny seeing my team break apart and fail to concentrate on the game. We kept failing even though we were almost making a comeback of 11-13.

Then came the real conflict. Everyone on my team was arguing except me (because my microphone didn't work) and on  a three man team, if 2 people agree to kick, you get kicked. So other guy got really mad and kicked me. Turns out after that he kicked the other person as well. Because he was such as jerk, he was on a team by himself and lost the game which didn't affect our stats but did to him.

So in competitive gaming or just in public, don't be a jerk.

My Daily Middle School Schedule

In the morning when I am half awake, I trudge to 1st period trying to stay awake. I go to the basement of my school in room 008 is my Spanish class. Spanish is a class where I wake up and get ready for the school day. Most of the work in Spanish is new to me but I can still figure out what all the words mean if I practice and do my homework.

For my 2nd period I have gym with around 110 other kids. We change into our gym uniforms and walk around the gym until we start class. Sometimes we could be doing fun things such as basketball or football while other times we may be doing things like dancing which is not  my cup of tea. Gym gets me active and energized for the day.

Period 3 is Algebra where I am in the Kingdom of 109, the kingdom my math teacher created that learns math. It may sound cheesy, which it is but sometimes it is funny for how serious my math teacher dedicated to his Kingdom of 109 project.

Period 4 is when I have English and is personally my least favorite subject because I think it is boring when learning about grammar and failing everything my teacher gives me.

My fifth period is computer solutions where we learn about Microsoft Office an HTML, but I learn everything too quickly and finish every assignment so I just get to play on the computers.

6th period is history which can be boring on sometimes but fun on other times such as the surprisingly easy tests and quizzes and debates.

My last period in science where we learn about nature such as cells or living animals. It is an easy class if you study and pay attention in class.

My First Day of Winter Break (2k15)

Today marked the first day of my 2 week long winter break for 2015. Nothing really special was accomplished; especially in the first half of the day. It was just a normal Saturday, except that all of this was valuable time that could not be wasted because it would be the few remaining days of 2015 and the few days of my freedom from school.

During the afternoon of that day, we went shopping just like every other Saturday afternoon. My mom, grandma, grandpa and I would go to a few Asian supermarkets to purchase vegetable, fruits, meat and a ton of other small things and treats that we frequently use in our household. When we got back, I had to survey my family members to see the similarities and differences that our blood would have.

In the evening, we got to eat hot pot. This is when there is a pot in the middle of the table which you can throw seafood, meat, vegetables and other condiments in which would sort of mix together and boil together. Sooner or later the water would make bubbling sounds and then the food would be ready. You would pick out what you would want to eat and dip it in some sauce of your picking. The hot pot I had was very good but didn't have enough food as I would have liked because I didn't get full all the way.

Overall today was just like any other Saturday but I just felt like I should record it as it is being the first day of 2015 winter break,

Clash of Clans

Clash of Clans is an addictive mobile game which can be found in the App Store, the Google Play Store or emulated on the PC. It involves you building a village which is where you can build defenses to defend your base, build army buildings to supply your troops when attacking other bases and collecting resources to make your base look more intimidating than others. Clash of Clans has a ranking system which is described as trophies. You start out as with 400 trophies in the Bronze III league, but as you move up trophies, you will gradually get promoted to a higher league which gives you better loot bonuses when you successfully raid another person's base.

There are three main resources in the game, gold, elixir and dark elixir. Dark elixir is the hardest of them to get and is unlocked when your Townhall reaches level 7. Using those resources you can build more defenses, resource collectors, army barracks and your Townhall which determines how many buildings of each type you can build and what your army looks like. The higher your Townhall, the harder everything will get for you.

It is tempting to spend money on gems in the game which will make everything easier, but you can avoid that and be patient by doing achievements to get gems instead. Sooner or later, you will become strong and understand the game.

Team Fortress 2

Team Fortress 2 or as most people call it, TF2 is the 2nd best selling free to play game in the Steam store.  There are many aspects of the game that make it feel like you are playing a game you actually paid for instead of it being a free to play game. It is a first person shooter which means you will be playing whichever character you chose in first person mode (or looking through their eyes when playing). There are two teams, Red and Blu that compete to finish what ever goal first. In this game you can choose one of the 9 classes available to play as. Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper or Spy. Each of these classes look different, act different and have a different purpose in the game.

The Scout is one out of the three classes classified as an offense unit along side the Soldier and the Pyro. The scout is a fast moving, low-health class who's main purpose is to do things quickly and accomplish the goal as fast as he can. The Soldier however is a army soldier with a rocket launcher who is slow and has average health. He can shoot rockets which as explosive and deal large amounts of damage to the other team and destroy the other team's buildings made by Engineers. Lastly, the Pyro is a hazmat with a flame thrower who moves relatively quick and has a decent amount of health. He can set things on fire and push people back with his flame thrower. This class really can have any main goal but it is better off killing the other team.

The classes classified as defense are the Demoman, the Heavy and the Engineer. The Demoman is a Scottish man who likes to fiddle around with grenades and bombs. So in result he has a grenade launcher that shoot grenades that explode on direct impact or explode after X amount of time depending on the situation. The Heavy is a tank like guy from the Soviet Union with a large minigun that he wields. He deals massive amount of damage a but has slow movement speed. The Engineer however is a man who likes to build buildings such as sentries to keep the other team from attacking or teleporters to help the team get from one place to the next.

The final three classes are classified as the support classes. They consist of the Medic, Sniper and the Spy. The Medic is a guy who has a medi-gun which can heal teammates if they are close enough. He is not battle oriented but can still do some damage with his dart "machine gun". The Sniper has a sniper riffle and usually stays behind his allies to headshot the other classes so the other people on his team can move forward with what they are doing. Finally the Spy is a guy who can turn invisible, disguise as the other team and backstab people which kill them in one shot. He is most commonly used behind the enemy lines to get all the backstabs he needs.

The different game modes in TF2 consist of Payload, Payload Race, CTF, Control Points, Attack and Defend and Special Delivery. Payload is when one team tries to move a bomb in a cart to the other team's base to explode it while the other team is trying to defend against the bomb until the time runs out. Payload Race is when both teams have a bomb an they are racing to move the bomb into the other team's base. CTF is when there are flags on each side of the map and you have to steal the other team's flag and bring it back as your own. Control Points is when there are points on the map you have to capture and your goal is to capture all of them. Attack and Defend however is when one team tries to capture all the points while the other teams tries to defend against that team. At last, Special Delivery is when there is one flag which both teams compete for to bring onto the rocket and capture it.

Overall TF2 s a great game and has many cosmetic items which are part's of it's major source of income and a way to see different cosmetics to differentiate against other people.

Thanksgiving Holiday 2015

This Thanksgiving Holiday wasn't as eventful as previous years as most of the time I just stayed home and sat around doing nothing of importance. Other times I was on the lookout for a deal on items that had brought an interest to me. My family also forgot to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving parade this year. In the end, I bought a new laptop and a new wireless mouse which made me satisfied with what I had acquired. We didn't have any family come over from far away places since most of them live in China and my grandparents were already living with us for a period of time. Overall the time was great and it was a good way to relax from school.

During Thanksgiving, we had to have some type of special feast. So we gathered around for Thanksgiving lunch which consisted of hot pot, fish, dumplings and some other small treats. Since I ate so many dumplings, I got full pretty quick. For dinner we just had some leftovers and a type of sweet rice-bean soup. On Black Friday we just had your typical dinner with nothing special.

Also on Black Friday, we didn't go shopping too much as we had did all of it online. So in the afternoon we still had energy and went hiking on a trail(s) near the Potomac River. Everyone had the same idea of going hiking so the parking lot was filled with people trying to find a parking space or trying to leave the area. We eventually got a spot and went hiking on a trail that almost brought us to the highway 495. Then we headed in another direction to get to the edge of the state and extremely close to the river. We went in a entire circle and saw a waterfall along the way. The entire hiking trip took about 1.5 hours to complete as it was about 3 o'clock when we were done.

The rest of the weekend would be like any other weekend except that there would be no activities to participate in because they were all closed for the holidays. Can't wait till Christmas and the New Year!

RMCS Elimination

Swimming is one of the sports in my life that is infused with my schedule. It usually go 3 times a week to swim practice and another few times just to practice on my own. So on one practice we were doing eliminations because it was nearing the end of the practice and it was also a Friday. It was when you start out with six people or less in a lane. The top three move on. But if it progress far enough where there is only three people or two, only the winner of that round moves on.

On the first game of elimination, we had to do backstroke or butterfly. I screwed up on the second round because I saw other people freestyle so I though I could swim it as well. Turns out only people under 10 could swim freestyle so I was out. Eventually it was left to little kids because freestyle was the fastest stroke. At last a little kid named Adam won by only swimming freestyle.

On the second game of elimination, all everyone could swim was freestyle. This was good for me because I can sprint freestyle really fast. What also helped was that the lengths of each round were only 25 meters. So I just sprinted as fast as I could to get to the finish line. I was always moving up until I messed up. On my dive in I slipped and there were three other girls who were going to beat me. I had to use up most of my energy and eventually got to the finish in first but just barely. On the final race I had barely any energy left but I was up against a girl that was younger than I was. I thought this would be easy but she was pretty fast so I just sprinted as fast as I could and reached the finish line before her. I had won the elimination! I was happy and went to take a shower because we were done.

McLean Day

On 5/16/15 I went to the McLean day festival not expecting anything crazy. But when I entered, it just looked like a regular place with tents that had sponsors advertising until you walked in deeper. It was like a carnival, flashing lights, colossal rides, food carts that sold cotton candy, sno-cones, corn dogs, funnel cakes and much more! Sadly though, when I arrived, the festival was already starting to end, people were packing the rides up and walking out of the festival area so I had to make the best out of the situation.

I saw many games that could be played such as those where you try to ring a small ring onto a bottle hoping that you would win. You could just get one ring on a bottle and you would have a stuffed animal that was a titan compared to other stuffed animals. Another game was similar to that one but in this one you have balls and you try to throw them into bottle. If you threw your ball into a cup, you would get the goldfish that was in the cup. Thankfully the goldfishes didn't get squished.

Some rides you could go on were ones that took you high into the air and then dropped you. You could hear the screams of terror as the people on the ride were falling. Another thing you could do was play a shooting game that simulated using real guns. You would have a gun and you would also have a mini paper target. You had to try and hit the middle with the limited amount of ammo you were supplied with. Many rides had flashing lights on the sides so the whole place was colorful. One especially noticeable ride was one that included it spinning repeatedly in a bunch of directions.

I would have more fun here if I didn't come when it was going to end because of my swim practice. At least I saw some cool rides and got a sno-cone.

RMSC Spring Finale Meet

Today I went to a RMSC swim meet to compete with other RMSC teams. The pool where we competed at was where I usually practiced so it was closer to my home than others. I was going to swim three events, 100 meter freestyle, 50 meter backstroke and 100 meter breaststroke. What was interesting was that this was my first winter meet and it was 50 meter lengths.  The only age group that was going to participate was 11 and 12's.

First we had warm ups. Each RMSC team got into a lane and started to practice. Each team had different practice routines. We did a lot of freestyle while also practicing on other strokes we were planing to compete in. Somethings we did were 2 100 meter freestyle and 2 100 meter non-freestyle. They were 50 swim 50 kick. We also did 50 meter sprints diving from each end.

Soon the meet began and it started off with IM. It took about an hour until I was going to get called up because there were a lot of heats of IM before my first event which was 100 meter freestyle. When I was starting to swim, I was going as fast as I could. I was in first by a landslide until it was time to do a flip turn at 50 meters. I ran out of energy to swim and I slowly made it to the wall. In the end I wasn't last and beat about 1/4 of the total people who raced in that event.

Event number 2 was a 50 meter backstroke. I knew I wasn't good at this because over the summer I swam this and got 50 seconds as my fastest time. So I just jumped in the water and swam backstroke as fast as I could. In the end I had done better than my summer time because I dropped 6 seconds and got 44 seconds.

My last event was the 100 meter breaststroke. Breaststroke was my best stroke and it was also my friend, Clayton's best stroke as well. We were both in the same heat and so we had an unofficial race to see who could win. There was one guy in our heat who was really fast and zoomed by everyone. But at least most of the race I was second and Clayton was third. But in the end I must have slowed down so we were in a close race. I had to use up all my energy to zoom to the finish and beat him by one second. In the end, it didn't really matter.

Breaking Part of a Freezer

Well for sure one thing I learned today was that I can force part of a freezer to break off. It all started when I was hungry for some ice cream so I decided to open the freezer and take it out. But, there was something preventing the freezer from opening, and it was a box of Magnum Ice Cream Bars. I successfully got my ice cream out but when I was going to put it back in, bad things happened...

When I tried to put my ice cream box back in, the freezer, as expected was still jammed by those ice cream bars. So I gave the freezer a tug and then chaos emerged. The things that were holding the ice cream bars back gave out and parts of the freezer broke off. As a result there was ice spilled on the floor, food items were on the ground (most of them were packaged) and a bunch of sophisticated pieces of plastic on the ground.

I alerted my parents and pretty much got into trouble. They tried fixing it but parts of the plastic were broken off so they had to give up and take most of the things out of the freezer. In the end I hid in my room ashamed that I broke our new fridge.

Outdoor Ed

Have you ever left your family for 2 1/2 days to stick around friends to learn about the great outdoors? At MCPS (Montgomery County Public Schools) you are required to pay around $93 to go somewhere for 2 1/2 days and experience the outdoors with no electronics. You got to do five different events which include the confidence course, nature hike, stream study, predator and prey and geo-caching. Also they had a mini buffet with a salad bar for every meal of the day. During the night you slept in cabins with other classmates but sometimes it could get pretty chaotic.

The first thing the whole 6th grade did was have to hike around the whole entire Outdoor Ed campus. This campus was shared with other people at different times so we saw a bunch of things that we weren't going to use. It was a hard hike, we climbed hills, jumped into mud and learned about that this site was part of the Civil War. Eventually we were all starving because we haven't eaten lunch yet so we wanted to finish the hike. When we were about to go inside and eat, our instructor told us we just hiked all that for nothing and the bus stop was right over there. Everyone got really mad but we were too hungry to argue we just went inside to eat.

We each were assigned groups according to last names. You stuck with your group for whatever you did. The first activity we did was called the confidence course. This is where you do a bunch of challenges that involve trust with others. Some things we did were swing on a rope, walk on planks and climbing a net. It was fun but then two hours were finished we had to go back.

Activity #2 was Predator and Prey. There you could either be a omnivore, a herbivore, a carnivore, the rabies or the medic. The herbivore run from everyone trying to survive and getting food and water stamps hidden around the forest. The omnivores hide from the carnivores but eat the herbivores. Carnivores eat herbivores and omnivores while avoiding the rabies. Rabies kill everyone and the medic can revive people. If you died three times you were out and there was a hour and half time limit to survive. I was a carnivore and thankfully survived.

My group's third activity was stream study. It was really boring because people already destroyed the equipment we were supposed to use. So we just sat there talking or going into the mud and using broken nets to fish out things. In total people caught two crayfishes that they had to return. The hike back to the campus was long because the stream was downhill and the hill was very steep.

After that activity we had to go and hike some more because we had the nature hike. Everyone was already tired at that point so no one wanted to hike anymore. We had to hike onto the Appalachian mountains so we could get even more tired. But when we hiked up we got to see someone shoot a gun, we got to go into the first completed Washington Monument and we got to learn more about the Civil War.

The last activity was geo-caching. This is where we roam around the forests in groups to do experiments. Some of the experiments were broken so we couldn't do them while others didn't have all the equipment. It got boring so me and me friends just started marching around. When we were done we got to go home.

Overall Outdoor Ed was a good experience but I eventually had to leave.

A Day in a Hospital

One morning I woke up and I found out that there was no school! Great! So I went to eat breakfast and ate some nuts as well. The nuts were all mixed into one container and I could eat most of them. While I was munching on some cashews I saw this almond that looked longer and smoother than the regular kind. I ate it because I was curious and then I started to grow bumps all over my entire body, I was itching like crazy, and my throat was swelling all because of that one nut.

Luckily my dad was home but he was in a meeting so I had to wait until he was finished. When I was waiting it was a horrible time, all I did was itch myself and hope that I wouldn't die. Soon when my dad saw me, he rushed me to the pediatrics to see what they could do. I took some medicine and some steroids (only for medical uses) to get better. But when I stepped outside, I was BLIND!!!

Being blind felt weird. Everything was but you could see faint outlines of somethings. I was dizzy because I couldn't see where I was going even when I was leaning on my dad. I felt like I was going to die again so my dad sent me back into the pediatrics and I took some more medicine.

A little while after, I went inside and saw a ambulance to come and pick me up to go into the hospital. In the hospital I regained my sight and took some more medicine. Eventually I got better but I still had to stay in the hospital for a few hours to be sure that I was ready. At the end I found out that what I ate was a Brazil Nut, and I should stay away from nuts. Remember, curiosity kills.

My Sister, a Thief

Have you ever had the urge to purchase something using real money when playing on a online game? Well that's what my sister had when playing a game called Fantage. It allows you to purchase in-game money with real money. Out of the three currencies in the game, my sister purchased the two more valuable currencies, E-coins and gold. She bought 70,00 of each of the currencies and that costs $100 dollars in total. But the money she used to buy the in-game money with, was with my mom's credit card.

My sister did this when my mom, dad and I were getting a haircut so there was no one to supervise her. When she used my mom's credit card, we were all upstairs so we had no idea this happened. By the time we came downstairs, she already bought the money. At first I thought she hacked into the game so I started calling her "hacker". But, she keeps on telling me that she didn't know what happened.

After a few days, I found out what she really did. I have to force her to tell me that she stole the credit card from our mom and used it. I told her I wouldn't tell our mom but she would have to do the right thing and tell our mom herself. Soon I got impatient because it had been a week since she told me. I gave her a deadline to tell my mom and if she didn't reach that deadline, I would have to tell her.

On the last day of the deadline, she said she wrote a sticky note to our mom. I found the sticky note and saw that all it said was " I'm sorry I used your credit card and if you get mad, punch something that is not living." It was not very detailed of what she did so I wrote another note to replace hers with more information.

As a result, she lost $100, got grounded and got the internet taken away from her. So as a result, the moral is to not steal things that aren't yours!

12 Aspects in a Remarkable Leader

Recently I read an article titled "12 Habits of an Exceptional Leader". As you can tell by the name of the article what the whole thing is basically about. If you would like to read the article yourself, click here. I this post I will give a basic overview of the habits and give a review of the habits to see if I have any.

The first one habit is about having the courage to do things so you can lead your followers into things that you think will be a good idea to invest time into. If you don't have the courage to do things, then most likely no one will support you or work with you because you are to afraid to do something that might screw up.

Habit number two is when you have good communication with other people. if you don't communicate with others, then you will have no way to collaborate because others don't know what you want them to do. If you are a good communicator, people may get ideas that will benefit you and the others so you can move forward.

Generosity is the third habit that is essential for a good leader. You need to be nice and give other the credit they deserve. If you don't, people will get mad at you and then they will probably quit their job.

The fourth habit is to be humble so you don't make the others feel non-important. If you make other seem lowly, they will lose confidence in their selves. Also you should do your own work and not interrupt other who are doing their own things so they can accomplish what they are doing.

Habit number five is to have self-awareness. If you aren't aware of yourselves and can't control yourself first, don't be the leader of others and disappoint them. Everyone has some flaws but you can't be too hard on yourselves or too easy.

The golden rule is one of the most important habits. You have to treat people the way you want to be treated. If you treat a co-worker nicely and friendly, they will have no reason to be mean to you and treat you the same. This also works the same way in vice-versa.

To have passion in what your doing is a good thing. No one wants to work for someone who is bored of their job. You must enjoy what you are doing or else just get a new job.

Habit number eight is to show people what your plan or vision is. You can't just simply explain it to them but let the almost see what's happening right before their eyes.

Being honest is also a key aspect. Don't just be honest in your words, also be honest in everything you do so you peers can trust you to carry out things they need help on.

If you can't be approached, than what's the point of being a leader? You need to make sure people are comfortable enough to talk to you because you are leading them so you should help them with anything.

Be accountable and don't try to blame someone else for something you did. This is similar to the habit of being honest for what you do. Take the blame and most likely your peers will forgive you for what you done.

The last habit is to have purpose in what your doing (something I don't have). You need to know what the point of doing this is or else it would just be a waste of time and effort.

I have most of these but some I don't have because remember, no one is perfect.

Tome:Immortal Arena

Tome:Immortal Arena is a game where you choose a guardian and try to destroy the other team's defense mechanisms while defending your own. This game can be downloaded from the game launcher Steam for free and it only takes up very little memory so it should finish downloading after ten minutes. Tome is a MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) and is similar to games such as DotA 2 (Defense of the Ancients 2) and LoL (League of Legends). But every MOBA varies from another because they all have their own special features that make them stand out.

One of Tome's special features that I like is that the games are way shorter than other MOBA's such as DotA 2 which most games take from 20 to 60 minutes to play while Tome only takes about 10 to 20 minutes to complete a match depending on what game you choose. You can choose from two types of games; one with three players on each team or the games with five people on each team. You start by choosing a guardian out of the twenty total guardians. Each side has guardians to assist them when fighting other guardians and minions or just defending the towers.

Eventually when you fight you earn gold to buy in game items and exp to help your rank up to another level and become stronger. Your champion also has unique abilities to help them when fighting . To win the game you have to destroy the other team's altar (The last defensive tower). Once you win your game, if you owned the champion you played with, it's trust in you would go up and eventually it would rank up to another level if you keep on winning.

Overall this is a pretty fun game but if you play to much you will get bored of this game or get addicted and no wanting to do anything else with your life.
